This is a city that likes its humor fast, flashy and overstated, and it's rare that a Broadway comedy seduces by stealth. Which may be why Paul Osborn's ''Morning's at Seven,'' which has been given a wonderful new revival at the Lyceum Theater, surprises Manhattan theatergoers every time it comes around.
