Her most tenaciously censorious handmaiden is surely Kathy Griffin, the flame-haired, torch-tongued stand-up comedian who has claimed the hypocrisies, peculiarities, misjudged plastic surgeries and occasional court appearances of semi-, quasi- and actual celebrities as her particular turf.
