			Falling follows an autistic 18-year-old named Josh. When a relative comes to visit, his entire family is thrown off their equilibrium, with each member trying to balance what is best for the family with their own personal interests.

"The Martin family in Deanna Jent’s “Falling” tries to lead a normal life: the father, Bill (Daniel Pearce), would like more time alone with his wife, Tami (Julia Murney); their teenage daughter, Lisa (Jacey Powers), wants to adopt a dog; Bill’s mother, the Bible-toting Grammy Sue (Celia Howard), is coming to visit for a few days. Their suburban home (convincingly conjured by the set designer, John C. Stark) reflects their seemingly mundane affairs. But everyone’s schedule (and patience) is strained by the 18-year-old Josh (Daniel Everidge), who is severely autistic."
