HOW IMPORTANT ARE REVIEWS IN DETERMINING HOW LONG A SHOW WILL RUN?

While reviews do play some role in the success of a show, there are many factors that determine how long a show will run. Many shows that received rave reviews have closed quickly, and many shows that received less than favorable reviews have become long-running hits!

Reviews are a great way to guage popular opinion of a show, but don't let reviews discourage you from seeing something you might enjoy!
